We had a basement flood on Friday evening, ceiling, walls below the upstairs toilet/washroom area are in the process of being removed by an emergency remediation company.  We presently have workers coming tomorrow morning.  The issue resulted from an overflowing toilet.  Plumbing is approximately 25 years old…The insurance company will be assessing the damage, in the interm it is our responsibility to rectify any plumbing issues. We figure since the ceiling and walls will be removed it may be in the best interest to change and faulty plumbing and change / upgrade line to toilet and vanity.

What do you charge for consultation?

What is the cost for a camera inspection?

What might be the cost to run upgrade the lines to washroom and vanity?

Any rough idea on cost would be helpful….

Thanks for your time
