Mark CracknellAlex was great to work with to replace a shower tower on short notice at my rental property with his lovely Dad Andrew . Communication was quick & responsive, they showed up exactly on time and were very respectful of my property & tenants. Alex answered all of my questions, addressed all of my concerns and was highly professional with the installation. They tidied up and left the bathroom in the exact same condition as when they arrived. Highly recommended!

Tyler CarrVlad came out promptly to have a look at the scope of work and was able to provide me with a very detailed quote within hours of his visit. He made sure everything was prepared on the back end so that his lead plumber, Dennis was set up with everything he needed to complete the job smoothly. Dennis was incredibly knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job ensuring that every aspect of the job was executed with care. I would highly recommend Mister Plumber to anyone looking for plumbing professionals.

Christina DThis is in addition to a previous review (see below), again highly recommending Mr. Plumber. I contacted Vlad again recently for another job for my parents, this time to change a leaking hot water valve under their kitchen sink. Once again, he responded promptly and completed the job in a timely, professional manner at a price my parents felt was very fair. The experience was completely stress free for them and they were happy to have the annoying drip fixed so quickly and easily. Thanks again! My older review: I contacted Mister Plumber to install a new laundry faucet for my parents. Vlad responded in a timely manner and was very friendly and professional. He took the time to answer all of my parents’ questions and they were very satisfied with the job. He also installed new bathroom and kitchen fixtures, toilet and dishwasher in my house for my reno and did a great job. I would definitely recommend Mister Plumber.

I had an ongoing issue with my main sewer line and a couple of minor back-ups to the basement shower. The basement toilet also gurgled when the 2nd floor toilet was flushed or shower was running. I knew we had either a venting issue or the main sewer line was clogged. Was quoted a price by Igor over the phone for a sewer line camera inspection of $350. He arrived at the agreed upon time. I used my phone and recorded the screen of the sewer camera and we found a blockage of roots at the wye (bathroom connect to laundry room). He cleared it with his camera and proceeded to go down to the city side. He was very thorough and used the locater to identify the problem area where I had a belly in the line. Igor was great. I paid cash and he provided a quote to replace the cast iron stack and clay pipes to the city demarcation line. This would require digging up and tunnelling the basement and digging 9ft down from the front of the house. Unfortunately the quote for the job was much higher than other quotes I received subsequently. I gone with another company to replace the sewer line, but I still recommend Igor and Mister Plumber for their exemplary service.

justin forkixMy daughter and son-in-law did their research and chose Mr. Plumber when their connection to the city sewer needed replacing. Vlad was very good at explaining the process and the work was completed quickly and very well. When we had to replace the water line into our house due to a leak, we called Vlad. He recommended a new route for the water line that saved us a lot of money compared to a quote from the insurance company’s contractor. Vlad answered all our questions and Dennis completed the work neatly and expertly. We highly recommend.
