Igor and his team were very professional, solution-oriented, knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. They replaced our... drains inside and out to the city line, and then waterproofed the full perimeter of the house. They stuck to their timelines and communicated well throughout the project. They kept the job site clean and cleaned up well at the end of the job. We would highly recommend them to friends.read more

Called Mr Plumber to replace 50 year old main shutoff valve that leaked every time it was turned off/on. Alex was very... professional in assessing the job and installed a new ball type valve shutoff. I also asked him to install new faucet for upstairs bathroom. Both jobs were done to perfection and the cost was reasonable. Hats off to Alex and his assistant.read more

If I could give them more stars, I would. Andrew and Sasha were amazing. Andrew explained everything in clear,... non-plumber language. They were prompt, professional, responsive, timely, and attentive to any recommended residual issues. They are going to be my "go-to" people in an instant in the future. Vlad responds so quickly; it is almost as if we were the most important customers of that day (although I know they deal with many more customers daily). Highly recommended.read more
