Two incidents of water in the basement (on cement) in the past three weeks. Thought it was coming from pipes in wall down since the first time the water extended across the basement to the walls. However, the second time the water did not touch the walls. In both cases there were bubbles (many more the second time) and the water was clean. Water accumulation only occurs (seemingly) after periods of lots of water use (ie. dishwasher was run, shower was on, laundry, etc).

I believe I need someone to scan for a leaky drain pipe below the cement. Was hoping to do so with infrared or scope vs tearing things up to explore.
